$7.1 Million Recovery for Family of Semi-Truck Crash

Jeff Meyers secured a $7,100,000 recovery for the death of a husband/father killed as a result of a semi-driver improperly changing lanes. The semi-driver claimed that he made his lane change because of another vehicle entering the expressway from an on-ramp. The trucking company paid more than $2,000,000 over its available insurance coverage to resolve the lawsuit.
